What are the terms of the Warranty?
All of our products are covered by a 1-Year manufacturer's warranty, valid from the date of purchase, excluding disposable HPL lamp cartridges. TriPollar devices are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty that excludes creams and gels.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers replacements or repairs for products currently under warranty.

Who can use the warranty?
Only the original buyer of the product can request to activate the warranty. In order to receive a repair or replacement for a product under warranty, please note that you will have to provide us with the original order number and/or a copy of the original invoice.

How can I use the warranty?

If the product needs to be shipped back to us and replaced or repaired, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s).

What are the shipping charges if I need to use my warranty?
If you wish to send us your product for repair or replacement within 30 days of receiving your product, Beautiful Online will incur the shipping charges. If you wish to send us your product for repair or replacement and more than 30 days have gone by since you receiving your item, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, but we are more than happy to ship the repaired/new product back to you free of charge.

Return & Refund Policy

You can return a product to us for a full refund, less the cost of shipping, within 60 days of receiving your order, only if the product is returned completely unopened and unused.

Please note that you, the customer are responsible for covering the cost of shipping products back to us.

Please note that we are not able to accept returns or refund products that have been opened under any circumstances. We sell aesthetic products for individual use that may not be used by anyone other than the buyer and can, therefore not be resold.

If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to repair or replace it. If your product is in need of return for repair, please visit our Warranty page for further details.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Customs inspections in the recipient's country, nor are we responsible for any Customs duties, VAT, or sales tax charges you may be charged upon delivery.

Please note that disposable lamp cartridges for Silkn and ME devices are not covered under the terms of 1-Year Manufacturer's warranty.

Please note that TriPollar Stop Preparation Gel and Stop After Treatment Cream are not covered under the terms of the 2-Year Manufacturer's warranty.

Only the original buyer of the product is entitled to initiate the Warranty. You will be asked to describe the issue you are experiencing with the product, along with a receipt or invoice of your purchase, confirming your name, order number and date of purchase.

If you need to ship a product back to us for return or repair, be sure to contact us and receive an official Return Authorization Number (RAN) and to follow the return instructions you are given to ensure the product's safe arrival to our facility. Any damages to the product caused during shipping are not covered under the terms of this Warranty.

Shipping Policy

We ship internationally! We ship to over 100 countries worldwide!


Prices On Beautiful-Online Usually Includes Shipping Cost.

We try to process and dispatch every order within 2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Dispatching orders may take longer if you order over a weekend, or during a holiday season. We ship orders between Monday and Thursday, with the exception of holidays. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

Small packages and items valued under $300 will be shipped via Standard Registered Mail and usually take between 10-14 business days to be delivered. You can always upgrade to Express shipping at checkout, for an additional charge.

Larger packages and items valued more than $300 will be shipped via Express Mail. Express shipments are shipped either via DHL or EMS (Standard Express International Airmail), depending on their destinations. Packages shipped Express usually arrive within 3-10* business days.

Please note that we are not able to ship Silkn products to the United States or Canada. is not responsible for any Customs or Import duties that may be charged to the recipient upon delivery of the order, or for any delays caused by Customs inspections.

To make sure your packages arrive on time, please be sure to input the correct mailing address at checkout.

*Deliveries to locations including South America and Africa may take longer than shipments to other countries.
